I discovered this fantastic band "by coincidence" six years ago (quite to the day, actually). Heard Jason (aged 17!) play my all-time-favourite "Little Wing", heard Kurtis - just as young then - drumming through "Moby Dick" with his bare hands ("look, dad, no drumsticks!") and i was hooked, although I didn't know any of their own songs by then - by now i do, and like'em a lot. Didn't miss a single one of their shows in the Spirit of 66 ever since - and i plan to keep it that way ...if only to get one single sharp shot of Jason jumping that high, maybe some day! :-)

P.S.: On a personal note: I just got a brand new camera, and a new lens - this is the first concert i shot with both. I have been struggling with all the new stuff a lot during the show, so most of the pics are not as good as i would like them to be, technically (i mean sharpness, noise etc.). And the fact that you guys don't stand still for a split second during the show doesn't help much, either :-) ...so, bear with me, i hope i have it all sorted out until your next gig over here.
